These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vel Blend Vault website at https://velblendvault.com (the "Site") and the ground transportation services we offer throughout Japan. By using the Site or booking a ride, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services

Vel Blend Vault provides premium chauffeur-driven rides, airport transfers, event transportation, and corporate shuttle services across Japan. Service availability, pricing, and vehicle options vary by route, season, and demand.

The Site serves as an informational resource and booking channel for our transport services. Booking a ride constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any additional conditions stated in the booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

Reservations: You may book rides through the Site's booking form, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation (email or SMS) from us.

Pricing: Fares are quoted at the time of booking. Tolls, parking fees, and waiting charges may apply in addition to the base fare and will be communicated in advance where possible.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the ride unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.

Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted fare. No-shows are charged the full fare.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate booking information, including pickup location, destination, and passenger count.

You are responsible for being at the designated pickup point at the agreed time. A grace period of 15 minutes applies; after that, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Passengers must comply with all applicable traffic and safety laws, wear seatbelts, and refrain from behavior that endangers the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger's negligence or willful misconduct will be charged to that passenger.

4. Prohibited Uses of the Site

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmit malicious software, use automated tools to scrape content, impersonate another person, or otherwise interfere with the Site's operation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, graphics, and layout — is the property of Vel Blend Vault or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Service delivery: We make every reasonable effort to provide punctual and safe transportation. However, we cannot guarantee specific arrival times and are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Indirect damages: We are not liable for lost profits, missed connections, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Cap on liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific ride in question.

Site information: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.

Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, government actions, civil unrest, power outages, or telecommunications failures.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Cookie & Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
